Responsibilities

Build software, test infrastructure, and tooling that help engineering teams deliver high-quality software.
Research AI-augmented agentic solutions and lead large-scale test automation initiatives.
Monitor test environments and provide support when errors and incidents occur.
Define end-to-end test strategies, analyze requirements, and create test plans and cases for regression, performance, load, and integration testing.
Lead quality initiatives for one or more engineering teams.
Identify improvements in the technology stack and test products and systems to uncover issues.
Use quality and performance metrics to drive process and product improvements.

Requirements

7+ years of testing experience, ideally with web applications.
7+ years working directly with product teams in an agile environment.
6+ years of UI and API automation experience.
At least 1 year developing AI-augmented agentic testing frameworks and evaluations for AI-driven applications.
6+ years working with CI/CD build pipelines focused on test automation, including GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Kubernetes.
Experience developing and maintaining test automation tools using Puppeteer, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, and MCP servers.
Experience with API testing frameworks such as Postman, REST-assured, and Pact.
Proficiency in a programming or scripting language such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Startup experience, Agile development lifecycle experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
