Responsibilities

Pioneer advanced AI engineering for e-commerce scenarios.
Design and implement high-quality AI/ML algorithms and systems independently.
Develop optimization techniques for AI reasoning and token completion models.
Build or contribute to computer vision-enabled e-commerce product enablement, model-reasoning observability, and e-commerce-optimized model architectures.
Dive deeply into algorithms and systems, generate improvement ideas, run experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly.
Collaborate across teams and functions to deliver business impact through technology innovation.

Requirements

At least 8 years of relevant experience.
At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML and familiarity with current deep learning techniques.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Preferred: 10+ years of experience in technology companies or organizations.
Preferred: knowledge of e-commerce or eagerness to learn.
Preferred: industry experience applying large language models or large image models.
Preferred: demonstrated ability to deliver major business impact through technology innovation.
Preferred: strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Benefits

Base pay ranges from $174,000 to $299,000 per year, with a potential annual bonus of 0–20% of base salary.
