Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities across Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Prototype and evaluate AI agent capabilities, frameworks, interoperability standards, and governance technologies.
  • Develop and improve identity governance functionality including certifications, lifecycle management, workflows, and Separation of Duties.
  • Build secure AI solutions using authentication, authorization, and least-privilege principles.
  • Monitor AI agent performance, usage, operational health, and security across multiple platforms.
  • Implement logging, metrics, monitoring, and compliance capabilities for AI agents.
  • Partner with engineering, security, compliance, product, support, and customer-facing teams to resolve issues and improve reliability.
  • Document architecture, governance processes, operational procedures, and engineering best practices.
  • Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering-related software engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with data ingestion, preparation, processing, ETL pipelines, scalable data pipelines, and large-scale data processing.
  • Experience using Apache Spark, Apache Beam, or Apache Flink to build scalable data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and scalable data solutions for enterprise applications.
  • Extensive experience with BigQuery, SQL, NoSQL databases, and Elasticsearch.
  • Experience designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting analytical queries.
  • Familiarity with structured and unstructured data management, distributed data systems, and data integration patterns.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred experience with Identity Governance, MCP servers, AI agents, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, enterprise-scale distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, mentoring, and technical leadership.

Salary: $150k - $210k/yr
