Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities across Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry.
Prototype and evaluate AI agent capabilities, frameworks, interoperability standards, and governance technologies.
Develop and improve identity governance functionality including certifications, lifecycle management, workflows, and Separation of Duties.
Build secure AI solutions using authentication, authorization, and least-privilege principles.
Monitor AI agent performance, usage, operational health, and security across multiple platforms.
Implement logging, metrics, monitoring, and compliance capabilities for AI agents.
Partner with engineering, security, compliance, product, support, and customer-facing teams to resolve issues and improve reliability.
Document architecture, governance processes, operational procedures, and engineering best practices.
Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in data engineering-related software engineering roles.
Hands-on experience with data ingestion, preparation, processing, ETL pipelines, scalable data pipelines, and large-scale data processing.
Experience using Apache Spark, Apache Beam, or Apache Flink to build scalable data pipelines.
Strong understanding of data modeling and scalable data solutions for enterprise applications.
Extensive experience with BigQuery, SQL, NoSQL databases, and Elasticsearch.
Experience designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting analytical queries.
Familiarity with structured and unstructured data management, distributed data systems, and data integration patterns.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred experience with Identity Governance, MCP servers, AI agents, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, enterprise-scale distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, mentoring, and technical leadership.

Salary: $150k - $210k/yr
