Responsibilities

Triage real-time support issues, verify symptoms and impact, and determine ownership for further investigation.
Investigate incident root causes and implement resolutions.
Monitor incident progress and communicate status updates to clients.
Implement proactive changes and contribute to continuous improvement, reliability, observability, and resilience.
Participate in technical reviews and present ideas to the team.
Complete incident reports with recommendations for ongoing mitigation.
Implement solutions in partnership with core development teams.
Document system architecture and configuration and deployment processes.

Requirements

Technical education, such as a Software Engineering or Computer Science degree.
5+ years of experience in a similar Support Engineer role or another role requiring technical knowledge and client engagement.
Technical experience or familiarity with Azure and Linux.
Experience with network configuration and analysis on Azure.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and confidence working with diverse groups, including clients.
Some experience using AI tools to assist with code or document analysis and document authoring.
Willingness to learn and upskill.
