Senior Systems Engineer - Asset Hub in USA

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design, development, and delivery of complex features from concept through deployment.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable systems across the stack and implement scalable systems and APIs.
  • Build and configure protective systems, processes, software, and networks to secure customer and internal data.
  • Mentor and guide engineers while promoting strong engineering practices and continuous learning.
  • Conduct and lead code reviews focused on quality, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product, and design to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Introduce tools, frameworks, and processes that improve development speed and maintainability.
  • Partner with leadership to set technical direction, improve workflows, and prioritize work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Full proficiency with modern backend and infrastructure technologies such as Python, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, service meshes, and Terraform.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable systems and APIs.
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach engineering teams in collaborative, early-stage environments.
  • Strong focus on testing, maintainability, performance optimization, and security.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic startup environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
