Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement new CUDA driver features for NVIDIA Tegra devices.
  • Coordinate development efforts across multiple teams.
  • Help define improvements to CUDA APIs and the CUDA programming model.
  • Write effective, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Develop software targeting Tegra devices.
  • Integrate AI practices into development workflows across the compute organization.

Requirements

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent academic experience after a bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong C and C++ programming skills.
  • Experience working with large codebases.
  • Experience with operating-system interfaces for threads, process control, and virtual memory.
  • Experience writing and debugging multithreaded programs.
  • Understanding of system-level architecture, including interconnects, memory hierarchy, interrupts, and memory-mapped I/O.
  • Strong interest in system software and good written communication.
  • Preferred experience with parallel computing, CUDA programs or libraries, user-mode driver development, Linux systems software, and maintaining or extending programming models or higher-level language support.
