Responsibilities

Manage incidents, application monitoring, logging, alerting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Debug complex application systems and troubleshoot code to resolve business-impacting issues.
Deploy, operate, support, and improve software using DevOps and continuous delivery practices.
Deliver high-quality, well-tested bug fixes and enhancements while improving system stability and availability.
Advocate for cloud resource optimization, monitoring, alerting, security, and operational best practices.
Mentor less experienced peers and junior consultants through technical guidance and leadership.
Participate in a rotation- and need-based 24x7 available team.

Requirements

Experience with Node.js, React, AWS, Azure, GCP, Python, or PowerShell.
Understanding of monolithic, N-tier, layered, microservices, and serverless architectures.
Strong debugging and triaging skills for effective code troubleshooting.
Experience with MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and relational or non-relational databases.
Experience with Docker, Jenkins, and Azure Pipelines.
Experience with Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana for application monitoring, metrics, reporting, and corrective actions.
Ability to deliver high-quality, well-tested bug fixes and enhancements.
Comfort with Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
Strong communication, technical advocacy, mentoring, resilience, and knowledge-sharing skills.
