Responsibilities

Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and support planning and scoping.
Review project documentation, provide QA feedback, and participate in formal sign-off processes.
Develop test approaches and maintain test strategies, plans, cases, scripts, traceability matrices, estimates, progress reports, and defect analytics.
Perform manual functional testing, log and triage defects, and drive issues to resolution.
Maintain test cases and scripts in ALM tools such as Azure DevOps with traceability across the SDLC.
Design, develop, debug, execute, monitor, and optimize automated tests integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor team members in automated testing frameworks and practices.
Create, manage, and validate test data sets and analyze results.
Incorporate accessibility testing standards into relevant test activities.

Requirements

A baccalaureate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field plus four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to IT automation engineering, monitoring engineering, or infrastructure management.
Alternatively, eight years of satisfactory full-time experience in IT automation engineering, monitoring engineering, or infrastructure management.
Equivalent education and/or experience may satisfy the stated qualifications.
Experience with automated testing, manual functional testing, defect management, test planning, traceability, accessibility testing, and CI/CD integration is required by the role's responsibilities.
