Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and process plans to verify functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.
Identify defects, analyze their causes, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Review test cases and scenarios and provide comprehensive feedback to colleagues.
Use existing automation frameworks to address testing delivery challenges, preferably ServiceNow ATF.
Compile and analyze statistical testing data and report results.
Investigate customer complaints and product issues and ensure user expectations are met.
Draft quality assurance policies and procedures and support compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
At least two years of ServiceNow testing experience or related experience.
Solid end-to-end functional and non-functional testing experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Understanding of performance, unit, integration, automated, smoke, functional, system, regression, stress, and black-box testing techniques.
Hands-on experience using an existing automation framework, preferably ServiceNow ATF.
Ability to use IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix system administration tools.
ISTQB, CSTE, or CSA certification is preferred.
