Responsibilities

  • Maintain reliable, highly available, resilient, secure, and scalable technology services.
  • Prevent and resolve incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent improvements.
  • Automate build, testing, and deployment processes to reduce manual errors and environmental differences.
  • Prepare infrastructure for growth by considering capacity, workload, performance, security, and resilience.
  • Reduce technical debt and repetitive operational work through continuous improvement and automation.
  • Own services end to end from development through production support.
  • Lead post-incident reviews, continuity exercises, and disaster-recovery activities.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams adopting reusable solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer and in DevOps.
  • Experience with programming, production support, cloud technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, Splunk, Datadog, AppDynamics, infrastructure, and troubleshooting.
  • An operational mindset with ownership of production services and a focus on resilience.
  • Strong collaboration, technical leadership, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.
