Responsibilities

Own and evolve core developer tooling, including observability and CI/CD workflows.
Architect and operate agentic AI solutions that perform multi-step, tool-using work in developers’ daily routines.
Embed agentic AI systems into the internal developer platform and its CI/CD and observability workflows.
Scale platform and AI solutions reliably across more than 800 engineers, teams, and technology stacks.
Work directly with developers to solve day-to-day engineering challenges.
Build, deploy, and operate AI workloads reliably at scale.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline, or a master’s degree in the same field.
4–7 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
Recent hands-on experience working with agentic AI.
Experience building and deploying multi-step agentic AI systems with tool use, memory, and autonomous decision-making.
Solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure, preferably AWS.
Hands-on experience with observability tools.
Strong system engineering skills and experience building systems at scale.
