Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and support business-critical applications and cloud infrastructure.
Improve system availability, performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
Implement monitoring, alerting, observability, automation, and self-healing mechanisms.
Design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure and services.
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment, provisioning, and operational workflows.
Support production releases and collaborate with development teams to streamline software delivery.
Develop C#/.NET utilities, automation scripts, and operational support tools, and contribute to application enhancements and fixes.
Participate in code reviews, production support, performance improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Deep experience with AWS cloud engineering and DevOps practices.
Experience with site reliability engineering, operational support, incident management, and production troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of .NET and C# development.
Strong C development capabilities are preferred, though candidates with exceptional AWS and DevOps expertise and moderate development experience may be considered.
Experience with AWS infrastructure, cloud best practices, automation, monitoring, deployment, and operational workflows.
