Responsibilities

Design and administer Snowflake databases, schemas, roles, warehouses, grants, tags, and access controls.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, promotion, validation, deployment, and rollback using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
Establish naming, security, governance, tagging, lifecycle, and role-based access-control standards.
Implement monitoring and alerting for usage, failures, performance, security, and credit consumption.
Improve Snowflake performance, reliability, and cost visibility.
Provide expert Snowflake troubleshooting, feature support, and technical guidance.
Create operational runbooks, technical handover documentation, knowledge-base articles, and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Snowflake administration, data platform engineering, or DevOps engineering.
Strong experience with Snowflake, SQL, role-based access control, performance management, and cost management.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Git, and CI/CD automation.
Experience with cloud data platforms, observability, security, and production support.
Python or scripting experience is desirable.
Graduate or postgraduate education.
Clear professional English, concise documentation skills, cross-team collaboration, autonomy, problem-solving ability, and delivery focus.
