Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and document React front-end features for XLerate web experiences.
Implement UI flows supporting automation, communications, and Connect product workflows.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, product managers, and testers to deliver new features.
Maintain code quality, participate in code reviews, and grow ownership of front-end slices.
Use data-driven decision-making, retrospectives, and continuous improvement practices.
Work with a customer-focused cross-functional team using Agile, Lean, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
3+ years of front-end development experience using React on web applications.
Understanding of React fundamentals and component-driven UI.
Knowledge of modern quality and testing principles.
Basic knowledge of code versioning tools and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field is preferred.
Preferred qualifications include strong TypeScript experience, design-system or component-library experience, React Native understanding, Angular experience, continuous-deployment tooling knowledge, MongoDB experience, AWS or similar cloud-platform exposure, and interest in CRM or data-intensive products.
