Responsibilities

Develop and ship scalable front-end and back-end software using React and .NET.
Design solutions, algorithms, feature architecture, and moderately complex software systems.
Build and maintain production applications, microservices, integrations, and legacy-system migrations.
Review and debug code, perform validation and verification testing, and identify risks early.
Automate repetitive tasks, contribute to design improvements, and participate in shared on-call support.
Collaborate with product, UX, QA, Site Reliability Engineering, and engineering leadership while communicating progress and risks.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience building multi-user web, mobile, or cloud products with React.
Experience developing scalable software and thinking through system design and data integrity challenges.
Strong user-experience focus and ability to contribute to solution design and architecture.
Ability to self-manage tasks, time, and expectations in a high-trust environment.
Ability to communicate technical details and business impact clearly and share knowledge.
Working rights for New Zealand are required.
