Responsibilities

Test AI-based conversational products using manual and automated testing approaches.
Monitor and improve quality assurance processes while ensuring agreed standards and procedures are followed.
Promote data quality awareness across multiple teams.
Evaluate model accuracy and identify areas requiring enhancement.
Prepare detailed testing feedback to help improve AI models.

Requirements

At least 2 years of QA experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Expertise in manual and automation testing, including test planning and execution.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG or JUnit, and Rest Assured.
Strong programming or scripting skills in Java or Python.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
Understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, self-motivation, communication, and independent-work skills.
