Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality software releases.
  • Understand BRDs and PRDs, derive test scenarios, and prepare detailed test plans.
  • Create structured test cases and automate testing for web, iOS, and Android applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing and validate frontend data against backend responses.
  • Execute tests on cloud-based platforms and generate and maintain test reports.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation frameworks and robust test suites.
  • Raise defects, identify risks, support timely resolution, and improve test coverage with QA peers.
  • Contribute to QA strategy, automation enhancements, tooling improvements, test strategies, and quality processes.
  • Use MCP tools for assisted test creation and self-healing automation when applicable.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, release testing, documentation reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of web and mobile automation testing experience.
  • Strong experience with WebdriverIO, Selenium, Appium, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Experience testing iOS and Android applications through manual and automated testing.
  • Experience with LambdaTest, BrowserStack, SauceLabs, and reporting frameworks such as Allure.
  • Ability to debug using DevTools, ADB, Xcode tools, APIs, and logs.
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, communication, documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience with MCP, performance or load testing, security testing, modern frontend frameworks, API automation, or end-to-end automation.
  • Preferred familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Agile/Scrum environments, and Java, C#, TypeScript, or object-oriented programming fundamentals.
