Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, customization, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions for opportunity management, sales automation, forecasting, and territory planning.
  • Develop and enhance Salesforce Platform components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Experience Cloud.
  • Integrate Salesforce with Genesys and other third-party systems to improve agent workflows and customer-service outcomes.
  • Build and maintain custom agents and AI frameworks for automation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate on Sales and Service Cloud deployment, adoption, user training, and feedback collection.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and custom integrations to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Use OpenAI and other AI technologies to improve sales processes and user experience.

Requirements

  • At least 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related technologies, including customization and integration projects.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Platform customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Genesys integration, Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and custom agent development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification.
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Preferred expertise in AI frameworks, OpenAI integration, Salesforce Territory Planning, and large-scale Salesforce deployments.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification is preferred.
