Responsibilities

Build and improve the internal developer platform, including build and deployment automation and local and preview environments.
Design, operate, and scale shared services and cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform.
Advance release and test automation, safe rollout patterns, and rollback capabilities.
Improve platform reliability, observability, cost efficiency, and security posture.
Partner with product teams on shared standards, interfaces, and platform dependencies.
Contribute to projects from concept through deployment and collaborate with engineering, product, design, and operations.

Requirements

Strong computer science foundation in data structures, algorithms, and systems fundamentals, with a degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
0–2 years of professional work experience; internships, co-ops, and substantial personal or academic projects count.
Comfort using agentic or AI-assisted development tools in everyday work.
Curiosity, ownership, fast-learning ability, collaboration, and clear communication skills.
Bonus qualifications include fintech experience, internal developer-platform or developer-experience exposure, Terraform and GCP familiarity, observability experience, security practices, and exposure to TypeScript/Node.js, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Playwright, and React Testing Library.
