Responsibilities

Design, build, optimize, and operate high-availability backend systems and microservices.
Own services from design through deployment under a “you build it, you run it” model.
Migrate and optimize MongoDB databases for large-scale datasets.
Connect and orchestrate AI services to execute complex business logic.
Analyze complex technical implementations and translate business requirements into actionable system architectures.
Contribute to the technical vision and development of new projects within Allegro’s translation and localization ecosystem.

Requirements

Experience building robust backend systems with Kotlin and/or Python.
Proficiency in MongoDB, including database migration and performance optimization for large-scale datasets.
Hands-on experience connecting and orchestrating AI services.
English proficiency at least at B2 level.
Interest in AI and technical innovation, with the ability to work autonomously and influence technical direction.
