Responsibilities

Perform software testing of HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and PROFIBUS communication protocol-supported eDD for usability.
Test HART-, Foundation Fieldbus-, and PROFIBUS-based field-device integration with DeltaV and AMS systems.
Write test plans and log issues in the issue database.
Communicate test metrics and status to the lead at periodic intervals.
Work on test automation where applicable.
Diagnose issues and understand customer needs.

Requirements

Experience with process field devices such as flow, level, temperature, and pressure devices, and final-control devices such as control valves.
Experience with HART, Foundation Fieldbus, PROFIBUS, and Modbus industrial communication protocols.
Experience with an Asset Management System such as AMS/HH475 or a Distributed Control System such as DeltaV.
Very good written and communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
ISTQB certification, software testing knowledge, and test automation knowledge or experience are nice to have.
