Software Engineer 2 - RCM in USA

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable platforms, services, and internal tooling for Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Build systems supporting payments, claims submission, and operational workflows across the revenue cycle.
  • Drive planning, execution, success measurement, and post-launch maintenance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Improve operational efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
  • Deep-dive into complex issues and drive them through resolution.
  • Participate in on-call support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another engineering discipline.
  • At least 3 years of professional engineering experience.
  • Experience working directly with product and design teams.
  • Experience building highly responsive, scalable, reliable, available, and performant systems.
  • Intermediate understanding of modern application architecture, API design patterns, data modeling, security, performance, and scaling.
  • Understanding of frontend architecture, including component-based design, state management patterns, and rendering performance.
  • Preferred experience at startup or growth-stage companies.
  • Preferred experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, Kafka, and AWS or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience working on medium-complexity projects focused on sustainable results.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to investigate and resolve complex issues.
