Responsibilities

Build 3D tools for inspecting point clouds and creating precise engineering drawings.
Extend the point-cloud renderer and GPU picking system.
Solve geometry problems involving clipping, snapping, construction planes, and camera controls.
Identify and fix performance issues in large real-world datasets.
Improve shared rendering and interaction systems for CAD tools.

Requirements

Strong foundation in 3D mathematics and spatial reasoning, including transforms, planes, and projections.
Experience building software through coursework, personal projects, internships, or full-time work.
Ability to read and modify code written by others.
Experience with TypeScript and browser graphics, or comparable performance-sensitive graphics experience in a statically typed language.
Attention to correctness and performance, sound technical judgment, and initiative to investigate and complete problems.
