Responsibilities

  • Ship production software for systems that identify millions of vehicles daily.
  • Scale proven prototypes into robust, high-volume systems.
  • Develop software spanning roadside hardware and cloud servers.
  • Integrate machine-learning models to improve highway safety in real time.
  • Prototype rapidly and contribute across machine learning, software, and hardware glitch detection.
  • Take ownership of work from the first week and support other teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, robotics, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated track record of building things through side projects or open-source contributions.
  • Strong coding ability and willingness to learn quickly across technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a lean startup.
  • Comfort working across multiple areas rather than specializing in only one narrow responsibility.
  • Interest in joining the core engineering team and receiving and applying feedback.
