Responsibilities

Develop frontend features across web and mobile using React and React Native for card, rewards, transaction, and payment experiences.
Own features end to end from technical design through implementation, testing, and production release.
Build loyalty and card product capabilities that improve customer engagement and revenue.
Drive experimentation, funnel optimization, instrumentation, and iteration across user journeys.
Partner with product, design, and backend engineering to deliver polished, performant experiences.
Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks and improve CUJ latency and availability SLOs.

Requirements

3+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development using React and React Native.
Demonstrated end-to-end feature ownership from technical design through implementation, testing, and production release.
Experience with experimentation frameworks and funnel optimization, including the ability to instrument and measure user-facing flows.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend engineering teams.
Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
