Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, debug, verify, and release embedded software for multiple variable-frequency drive products.
Develop and adapt software features according to business and product requirements while meeting performance, quality, and delivery expectations.
Analyze and resolve software defects and customer issues within required timelines.
Prepare and maintain software design documents, interface specifications, test records, and other technical documentation.
Complete requirements analysis, design reviews, code reviews, testing, validation, and release approval activities according to company processes.
Identify, document, and escalate significant technical and project risks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronic information, automation, computer science, or a related field.
Proficiency in C and C++, with strong coding standards and debugging skills.
Experience developing low-level drivers for ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers, such as STM32, Renesas, or TI C2000 platforms.
Familiarity with Modbus, CANopen, EtherCAT, and Profinet communication protocols.
Ability to read circuit schematics and use oscilloscopes and logic analyzers for hardware-software debugging.
Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills in complex systems.
Proficiency with Git and Python, and knowledge of static code analysis and unit testing.
