Responsibilities

  • Build and improve Dialogue AI’s customer research platform across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI.
  • Deliver a customer-first product using AI agents for studies, interviews, and insight extraction.
  • Take significant product ownership and help shape the technical foundation and team culture.
  • Collaborate directly with the founding team and contribute across product and design decisions.

Requirements

  • Ability to work across the entire stack, including frontend, backend, and AI.
  • Ability to use modern AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex and adapt quickly.
  • Self-motivated, career-driven, and willing to take on outsized responsibility.
  • Strong customer focus with a product and design mindset.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • AI/ML development experience is a bonus.
  • Candidates of all experience levels are welcome.
