Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and implement front-end and back-end changes with emphasis on operational stability, robustness, resilience, and quality.
  • Configure and customize the Debt Manager application, including workflows, user entitlements, custom fields, settings, and user interfaces.
  • Design, test, and deploy ETL and data transformation workflows across multiple data sources.
  • Use SQL Server for database administration, SQL statements, stored procedures, dynamic queries, functions, scripts, and data analysis.
  • Implement data quality checks, cleansing, and validation within ETL processes.
  • Provide domain expertise for systems development, integrations, and architecture.
  • Follow source-control and engineering standards, conduct peer reviews, and share knowledge through mentoring.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and functions to deliver customer-driven solutions.
  • Support DevOps, release management, batch processing, and batch scheduling activities.

Requirements

  • Four to eight years of experience.
  • Experience with front-end technologies and configuring the Debt Manager application for retail customers.
  • Proficiency with Pentaho Data Integration and ETL development.
  • Strong SQL Server experience, including database administration, complex stored procedures, dynamic SQL, functions, scripts, indexing, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with data quality, cleansing, and validation.
  • Strong adoption of version control and source code management.
  • Competence with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices, including tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Harness, and UCD.
  • Preferred experience with release management, collections and recoveries processes, batch processing architectures, batch scheduling tools, COBOL, and mainframe systems.
