Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality reusable software assets and tools.
  • Collaborate with technical architects, delivery consultants, product managers, field teams, and partners to identify opportunities and define requirements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and documented code across multiple technology stacks.
  • Create proofs of concept and prototypes to evaluate new ideas and technologies.
  • Gather feedback from field teams and partners to ensure solutions are effective and easy to use.
  • Contribute to engineering best practices and mentor other team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, Node.js, or C#/.NET.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.
  • Understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts is highly desirable but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
