Proud to be a multi-year Great Place to Work certified company.  Location Remote within the United States.  We are primarily interested in candidates who reside in the Eastern or Central regions and can collaborate during EST business hours.  Due to current hiring restrictions, we are unable to consider candidates who reside in California, Colorado, Oregon or Washington.   The Role We’re seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver modern applications using Microsoft and JavaScript frameworks. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in full-stack environments and is eager to integrate AI into the software development lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions that power real business impact. What You’ll Do

• Develop and deploy applications using React.js, Next.js., Node.js, NET/C#, and headless DXP platforms.   

• Apply AI tools and best practices to enhance coding, testing, and delivery workflows

• Collaborate with stakeholders across industries, including manufacturing, financial services, and retail

• Contribute across the full stack, including user interfaces, databases, and services

• Support third-party integrations and deployment activities

• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, helping to estimate and plan work

• Grow your skills through RDA’s Continuous Learning program, which provides bonuses for achieving training goals, learning objectives, and certifications

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of professional software development experience in a cloud environment using React.js and Next.js

• Experience integrating AI tools into the software development process 

• Understanding of .NET fundamentals and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience with C# is is plus

• Helpful qualifications include experience with Node.js, a CMS (ideally headless), and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
