Software Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve LangGraph workflows for SMS and voice conversations.
  • Ship end-to-end features across a Python/FastAPI backend and Next.js/TypeScript dashboard.
  • Work in a multi-tenant Supabase/Postgres environment using account-scoped queries, RLS, and JWT-based access.
  • Build evaluation frameworks to detect AI-agent regressions before they reach customers.
  • Integrate with Salesforce, ServiceTitan, LeadPerfection, and AccuLynx CRM systems.
  • Partner with the voice team on real-time agent behavior using LiveKit and OpenAI Realtime.
  • Optimize omnichannel experiences across SMS, voice, and email.
  • Collaborate directly with product, design, and senior engineers while shipping production software.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of full-stack experience shipping production software at a startup, high-velocity SaaS, or AI-driven company.
  • Working proficiency in Python with FastAPI and TypeScript with Next.js and React Query.
  • Experience building LLM-powered features or eagerness to work with LLMs in production.
  • Comfort working in production systems and learning multi-tenant patterns including RLS, account-scoped queries, and JWT-based access.
  • Experience debugging APIs and tracing issues across services and data pipelines.
  • Ability to operate with initiative, adapt in ambiguity, and own outcomes end-to-end.
  • Customer-focused approach to building software.
  • Bonus: experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or other agent frameworks.
  • Bonus: real-time voice or audio experience with LiveKit, Daily.co, or Twilio Voice.
  • Bonus: LLM observability experience with Langfuse, LangSmith, or Helicone.
