Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, modify, and implement software programming for products.
  • Manage software releases and projects, including technical scope, plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Analyze product requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance technical solutions.
  • Use engineering tools and methodologies to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Write and maintain scripts and tools supporting development and production processes.
  • Communicate project status, technical risks, and milestones.
  • Document technical processes, system designs, and procedures.
  • Participate in technical initiatives, innovation efforts, and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Act as a technical project lead and mentor peers.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
  • 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in software design principles, architecture, and programming.
  • Experience with project and requirements management in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and estimation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a collaborative global team.
