Responsibilities

  • Solve complex technical problems and deliver scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable software with minimal supervision.
  • Design, code, review, optimize, and maintain critical front-end, back-end, and service components.
  • Apply architectural patterns, design standards, and software quality practices in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and integrate backend services and APIs, including microservices-based applications.
  • Drive DevOps automation, continuous integration, continuous deployment, build processes, and operational monitoring.
  • Embed secure coding, application security, observability, reliability, scalability, and performance practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, operations, and cross-functional teams to design testing strategies and deliver high-quality software.
  • Support continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and effective delivery in a global, matrixed organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on coding across multiple technology stacks.
  • Experience with Angular, Java, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI technologies.
  • Experience with automated unit and integration testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Jest, Karma, JUnit, PyTest, or Go testing.
  • Experience with web components, micro front-end architecture, responsive UI development, APIs, and backend service integration.
  • Experience developing in Python or Golang and working with microservices-based applications.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases, Redis, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git-based source control, and Linux.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, observability, monitoring, logging, reliability engineering, secure coding, application security, and software quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with Agile methods, Jira, test-driven development, pair programming, code reviews, and collaborative practices.
  • Preferred exposure to gRPC, Grafana, UML, UX/UI design principles, event-driven systems, ML/AI platforms, AI-powered development tools, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, decision-making, cultural awareness, and ability to work in international, multicultural, and matrixed teams.
  • Fluent spoken and written English plus any local language required at the place of work.
