Responsibilities

Own well-defined tasks and contribute to features on the machine learning platform.
Develop reliable, performant, well-tested, readable, and maintainable backend code.
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and other cross-functional partners.
Monitor deployed code, fix bugs, debug issues, and participate in on-call rotations.
Contribute to technical debt reduction, technology modernization, documentation, runbooks, onboarding materials, planning, and postmortems.
Use AI tooling to accelerate development workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
At least 1 year of backend engineering experience, including internships, using Python, Go, Java, or similar technologies.
Experience with Linux.
Preferred exposure to machine learning systems or ML serving, training, and deployment infrastructure.
Preferred familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Preferred experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
