Responsibilities

Deliver complex, high-impact initiatives end to end across Front’s full stack.
Drive technical direction across architecture, API design, and performance strategy for high-traffic distributed workflows.
Partner with Product and Design to define requirements, identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and make tradeoffs.
Improve testing, observability, maintainability, tooling, and engineering standards across frontend and backend systems.
Mentor teammates, provide constructive code reviews, share best practices, and strengthen the engineering culture.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience building complex, production-grade full-stack applications, including high-volume real-time systems at scale.
Strong full-stack experience working across systems, stacks, and distributed systems.
Deep proficiency with React, TypeScript, Elasticsearch, Redis, and AWS.
Demonstrated technical leadership through leading projects, driving alignment, and delivering outcomes across stakeholders.
Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, pragmatic problem-solving, and ability to work through ambiguity.
