Responsibilities

Design and build Dynamic Tables capabilities with engineers and Product Managers.
Implement, support, and evolve new features and performance improvements.
Analyze and solve performance, correctness, and fault-tolerance challenges at scale.
Investigate unfamiliar parts of large systems to identify root causes and solve problems.
Ensure operational readiness and reliability, availability, and performance of delivered software.
Help shape technical and product direction and understand customer usage to guide development.

Requirements

At least 2 years of industry experience designing and building database internals or data-intensive systems, or equivalent research experience.
Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
Track record of taking open-ended problems through to software running in production.
Proficiency with AI-native software engineering and agentic development workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong English communication skills.
Preferred experience with query compilers, query optimizers, database internals, enterprise-grade reliable software, large-scale distributed systems, transactions, consistency models, or open-source data infrastructure and database systems.
