Responsibilities

  • Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant systems.
  • Define requirements with business stakeholders and implement customer-focused solutions.
  • Perform technical design and hands-on coding for development and enhancement efforts.
  • Develop user-facing features, reusable code, and libraries.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
  • Validate user input before submitting it to backend services.
  • Promote design and coding best practices and conduct design and code reviews.
  • Communicate complex problems and viable architecture and design approaches clearly.
  • Participate occasionally in customer demos and provide technical input.
  • Optimize and automate mundane tasks while contributing to continuous team learning.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with the React ecosystem, including React Router, Styled-components, server-side rendering, Context API, and React Hooks, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with state-management libraries such as Redux or MobX is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and mitigation strategies.
  • Backend programming experience with Java, Python, or Node.js is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building web applications with frameworks such as Spring.
  • Expertise in design principles and their application.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, a fast-learning mindset, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working at internet companies, product companies, or startups is preferred.
