Craft and ship code that millions of users will experience.
Take ownership of meaningful projects and make critical technical decisions.
Contribute to product vision and collaborate with design, product, and data teams.

Requirements

Proactive communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort working across the stack and tackling unfamiliar tasks.
Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and break down problems while testing hypotheses.
Interest in end-to-end ownership and high-agency environments.
Comfort working in person and adapting to fast feedback loops.
