Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize software for data collection agents running across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Develop and maintain backend features supporting hundreds of thousands of Edge nodes across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with UX designers, Product Managers, and engineers to translate requirements into high-performance user experiences.
Own development from design and implementation through testing and maintenance.
Create automated tests and comprehensive test plans for reliable product features.
Help maintain and support SaaS products, including periodic 24x7 on-call rotations.
Participate in stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
Strong understanding of operating-system fundamentals, including memory management, CPU architecture and scheduling, filesystems, process lifecycles, and networking.
Exceptional troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Professional software development experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Experience with assertion frameworks and tools for automated regression testing, such as Mocha.
Experience with data-intensive applications and/or data stream processing.
Ability to work remotely across time zones.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate feature delivery while maintaining quality.
