Responsibilities

Develop and maintain secure, performant, tested features for Corrections Solutions products.
Write maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering.
Design and integrate Web Services and APIs as part of product development.
Work with relational databases to build, optimize, and maintain data-driven features.
Use and maintain AI-assisted, agentic coding workflows to generate, test, debug, and optimize software.
Automate and improve build and deployment processes.
Identify technical debt and implement solutions that improve team productivity.
Participate in on-call rotations for product, security, and urgent engineering issues.
Create documentation for recurring issues, knowledge transfer, and standard procedures.

Requirements

1–3 years of professional software development experience, including designing, building, and maintaining SaaS applications.
Understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and scalable architecture.
Experience with relational database schema design, querying, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and cloud-native development practices.
Experience with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted software development workflows.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows.
Ability to communicate, solve problems, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver quality software in an Agile environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Node.js is preferred.
Familiarity with Web Services, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and build and deployment automation is preferred.

Benefits

Hybrid position requiring candidates to be local to the Plano, Texas or Franklin, Tennessee office three days per week.
