Responsibilities

Lead high-impact software projects from design through deployment and operation.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business needs into effective platform solutions.
Own extensibility products end-to-end, including domain modeling, versioning and distribution infrastructure, installation, configuration, and lifecycle management.
Maintain and improve the scalability, consistency, maintainability, and developer experience of public APIs.
Contribute to engineering processes, tools, team growth, and technical best practices.
Develop and operate event, webhook, notification, AI-agent integration, and customizable UI platform capabilities.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a full-time software engineering role, ideally in SaaS or platform development.
Proficiency in backend development, API design, and data management.
Web application development experience is highly desirable.
Experience leading and delivering projects from start to finish independently or as part of a larger team.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Interest in life sciences and willingness to learn and adapt.
Willingness to work from the San Francisco office three days per week.
