Responsibilities

Design and build full-stack applications using AI coding tools and hands-on development.
Build reliable APIs and integrations connecting digital products with enterprise systems.
Deliver high-quality, maintainable code and scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Author and maintain technical documentation such as ADRs and RFCs.
Build CI/CD pipelines and support observability through logging, metrics, and monitoring.
Participate in code reviews, sprint cycles, user engagement, and issue resolution.
Share engineering best practices through internal technology blogs and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, software design principles, and basic database concepts.
Familiarity with modern web development technologies such as Spring Boot, React, and Python.
Familiarity with relational databases such as MSSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
Familiarity with search engines such as Elasticsearch.
Familiarity with observability tooling and frameworks such as OpenTelemetry.
Experience integrating LLM and agentic AI capabilities is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise systems of record, including integrations with bespoke or custom applications, is advantageous.
Singapore citizenship is required.
