Responsibilities

  • Own core components of the Flutter mobile app, including shared components, design systems, state management, performance, and tooling.
  • Build and maintain agentic and AI infrastructure, including custom MCP servers, background agent platforms, and evaluation and feedback loops.
  • Integrate agentic coding tools into engineering workflows.
  • Improve developer experience through CI/CD pipelines, release tooling, and faster feedback loops.
  • Ship user-facing product features alongside platform and infrastructure work.
  • Maintain the reliability of the engineering foundation used by the broader team.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of production experience building mobile or web applications, with Flutter and Dart preferred.
  • Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
  • Strong academic background in computer science or a related field from a well-regarded university.
  • Strong visual and product sensibility, including attention to spacing, animations, and component quality.
  • Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-intensity startup environment.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of 80,000 to 110,000 EUR.
  • On-site work in Berlin, Germany.
