Responsibilities

Build AI-native agent chat interfaces and make ambient-agent work visible and reviewable.
Create complex diagrams of entity structures and interfaces that clarify multi-decade projections and their implications.
Own frontend architecture, including component patterns, Apollo cache, state management, performance, and shared primitives.
Partner closely with product designers and the Head of Design from the early stages of product development.
Implement polished empty states, loading behavior, keyboard paths, and other interaction details.
Ship frequently, collaborate with customers and subject-matter experts, and take ownership of product outcomes.

Requirements

Four or more years of software engineering experience, most of it in frontend work, at companies with strong engineering practices.
Strong frontend capability in either visual and interaction craft or component systems and data flow.
Experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Apollo, and Playwright is useful; curiosity can substitute for experience with any of these tools.
Enough backend experience to shape the API being consumed.
Strong attention to quality, performance, animation smoothness, and interaction details.
Curiosity about trusts, estate planning, and transfer tax.
Clear communication in a distributed team environment.
