Responsibilities

Contribute to the core React Native codebase supporting the Sportsbook application.
Improve app launch performance and broader mobile application performance.
Build and maintain frameworks, tooling, and shared components for feature teams.
Collaborate across engineering domains to solve cross-cutting technical challenges.
Implement pragmatic solutions balancing performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, engineering community initiatives, and continuous improvement.
Join the on-call rotation and share out-of-hours incident response duties.
Own tasks and deliver features from implementation through release with support from senior team members.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience building mobile applications.
Strong practical experience with React Native or React.
Interest in performance optimization, tooling, frameworks, and application features.
Familiarity with mobile development best practices and testing approaches.
Native Android development with Kotlin or Java, or iOS development with Swift, is a plus.
Exposure to Agile development and collaborative team environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs with guidance.
