Responsibilities

Design, establish, operate, and continuously improve innovation sandbox environments for rapid experimentation and emerging-technology validation.
Develop sandbox governance models, onboarding frameworks, operating procedures, evaluation mechanisms, and compliance processes.
Manage user onboarding, access controls, monitoring, troubleshooting, utilisation tracking, resource optimisation, and operational issue resolution.
Review resource consumption and billing records, investigate discrepancies, and support accurate chargeback.
Build reusable innovation frameworks, playbooks, best practices, reference architectures, self-service platforms, development toolkits, APIs, cloud environments, and shared services.
Develop and maintain application-level solutions using TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript.
Provide technical advisory and enablement support to help innovators use platform capabilities and follow governance requirements.
Support administrative, operational, reporting, governance, and continuous-improvement activities for innovation platforms and programmes.

Requirements

At least 5–6 years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience provisioning, configuring, and administering AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
Application-level coding experience in TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript, including development and maintenance of working solutions rather than only scripting.
Software development experience with knowledge of programming concepts, APIs, system integration, and software testing.
Familiarity with virtualisation technologies, containers, and DevOps practices.
Understanding of identity and access management, cybersecurity principles, and governance frameworks.
Cloud technology certifications in Azure, AWS, or Google, or IT service management certifications, are advantageous.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, resilience, adaptability, compliance, and teamwork skills.
