Software Engineer, Full Stack in USA

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and sustain satellite command and control, mission planning, mission data processing, and data analysis software using Elixir.
  • Participate in team collaboration on architecture, design, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines.
  • Debug and solve problems in live systems.

Requirements

  • Experience with Elixir software development and front-end development.
  • Experience with functional programming in Elixir, Erlang, Clojure, Haskell, Ruby, or F#.
  • Experience developing resilient and fault-tolerant architecture and distributed systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work across disciplines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar discipline, or relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
  • Preferred experience with Elixir and OTP, including BEAM scheduling, GenServers, run queues, pg, or the Actor model.
  • Preferred experience with React, TypeScript, React Three Fiber, three.js, OAuth2, role-based access controls, network protocols, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and distributed-system monitoring and tracing.

Salary: $115k - $165k/yr
