Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship a comprehensive React.js component library and design system integrated with a custom CMS.
Build and document reusable, accessible components and support dynamic content management and configuration.
Translate design mockups into polished, pixel-perfect, responsive production interfaces.
Establish frontend coding standards, architectural patterns, best practices, and developer guidelines across the organization.
Create component documentation and improve developer experience, performance, accessibility, and development workflow efficiency.
Collaborate with Design, Product, Marketing, and Engineering across multiple fast-moving projects.
Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions, strategy, and process improvements.

Requirements

At least 4 years of software development experience focused on web and component-driven applications.
Deep understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript and proficiency with React.
Strong UI engineering skills, including advanced CSS and pixel-perfect responsive implementation.
Experience building or contributing to design systems or component libraries at scale.
Experience with modern frontend build tools such as webpack and Vite.
Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
Proficiency with frontend testing frameworks and component testing practices.
Experience integrating custom-built or headless CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of web accessibility, WCAG, and UI/UX best practices.
Experience in a large technology organization or fast-growing startup and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, Next.js, server-side rendering, large TypeScript codebases, or mentoring experience is preferred.
