Responsibilities

  • Build scalable front-end and back-end services using Kotlin, Java, TypeScript, and React.
  • Solve distributed-systems problems and work with AWS and Kubernetes cloud infrastructure.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and collaboration with software engineers and product managers.
  • Enhance existing application code by adding features and balancing building, refactoring, and simplifying.
  • Use AI tools across coding, testing, design, and troubleshooting, explore AI integrations, and coach teammates on effective AI use.
  • Develop, document, and support REST APIs.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of software development experience building highly scalable and highly available applications.
  • At least 1 year of programming experience with full-stack technologies such as Java, Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript.
  • At least 1 year of experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
  • At least 6 months of professional experience using AI to improve personal productivity while building complex SaaS feature sets.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States on an ongoing basis.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, take ownership, communicate clearly, and grow into larger challenges.
