Responsibilities

Build and ship full-stack features using React and Python.
Implement and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user flows.
Consume and design APIs with attention to performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring.
Collaborate with Product teams and other stakeholders to implement features.
Mentor junior developers on coding practices and processes.
Write secure, stable, testable, maintainable code with minimal defects.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer in technology companies, preferably startups.
Proficiency in React, JavaScript ES6, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and Redux Saga.
Familiarity with frontend architecture patterns and design systems.
Experience with Python and its ecosystem is required.
Frontend inclination with flexibility to work on backend tasks when needed.
Proficiency with Git or similar code-versioning tools.
Understanding of computer science concepts, object-oriented design, multithreaded architecture, data structures, algorithms, cybersecurity, secure coding, and testable code.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with complex business flows and large amounts of data.
Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative, metrics-driven environments.
